We are looking for a Manufacturing Engagement Lead who will be Brightbeam's credibility anchor in the sector. Not a generalist. Not a pure business development hire. Someone who has spent real time inside manufacturing – on the shop floor, in the maintenance function, in the CI programme – and is now ready to use that knowledge to help manufacturing clients transform with AI. If you can walk into a plant, establish credibility with an engineering director within an hour, and shape an AI engagement from operational insight rather than slide decks, this role is for you.
You will run discovery and scoping with manufacturing clients, build and grow a pipeline of accounts across Ireland, and transfer deep sector context across the Brightbeam team – upskilling engineers and Solutions Directors on the language and norms of manufacturing operations.
