    Principal Forward Deployed Engineer

    We’re seeking an exceptional AI technical leader who can immediately represent Brightbeam’s cutting-edge capabilities in customer environments. You’ll combine deep AI/ML expertise with customer-facing leadership, working directly with senior technical stakeholders to discover problems, architect solutions, and deliver transformative AI-enabled systems.

    This is a senior technical role where you’ll lead customer discovery sessions, build sophisticated AI prototypes, and guide solutions from exploration through production deployment. You’ll serve as both technical authority and customer champion, elevating our internal team’s AI capabilities whilst driving customer success.

    Key Requirements:

    • Deep AI expertise with transformer (amongst other architectures) understanding
    • 8+ years building complex, enterprise-grade software systems
    • Production AI experience with measurable business impact
    • Senior stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership experience
    • Expert proficiency with modern AI development tools
